Meet Katie - An experienced leading head of operations.
With 10 years of experience in the care sector, Katie began as an agency worker, quickly progressing to Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager, and Service Manager. She later became Head of Operations, dually registered across three locations, and now supports new providers to improve care services.
Passionate about mental health and learning disabilities, Katie raises awareness and funds through community events. She holds certifications in Level 5 Leadership & Management, Level 4 Safeguarding Adults, and trains staff and managers in Manual Handling. She also mentors managers to become inclusive leaders, creating supportive environments for staff and those receiving care. 💙

Meet Jennifer – A Passionate Professional in Health & Social Care
Jennifer is a dedicated and experienced professional with over 10 years in the health and social care sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Studies, a Certificate of Higher Education in Health Sciences, and a Level 3 Access to Higher Education in Nursing and Midwifery. Committed to continuous learning, she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Public Health to further expand her expertise.
With Leadership and Management qualifications from the Institute of Leadership and Management, Jennifer has gained hands-on experience as a Support Worker, Senior Care Assistant, and Service Manager. Her passion lies in providing high-quality care and driving positive change in the sector. 💙
